We buy it as it stands

Take what matters to you. Photographs, documents, anything of personal or sentimental value. Leave everything else exactly where it is. We clear the property after closing and that cost is already built into our offer.

We also buy where there is structural or sanitary damage underneath, which is common, and where there are animals, pest issues or damage that only becomes visible once things are moved. None of that changes our willingness to buy.
